A new mailing list has been set-up to discuss testing and QA for Koha. https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/koha-testing Join us. Ingrid Ingrid Lacis The Cherry Hill Company ilacis@chillco.com
Okay, I'll be installing Koha 1.9.0 As part of writing my help installing, I'd like to uninstall everything PERL, that isn't standard or required, or used by Apache/MySql. That is, for each interpre:PERL module I will uninstall it if it doesn't take out MySQL or Apache. So even things that Apache uses, I will remove, just noting what they are: then I will reinstall MySQL or Apache, if necessary, and see what Perl stuff comes back up. After that, I will install the Koha Perl bundle downloaded from CPAN. Then I can list the minimum Debian modules that are necessary. That said, there is at least one Perl module that automates the Perl build process. It is mentioned during the Koha install if the proper Perl modules are not present -- but I'd like to do a fairly clean install. I'm thinking it might be Perl-Expect, but I don't remember for sure. Does anyone know which one it is? __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Tax Center - File online, calculators, forms, and more http://tax.yahoo.com
