I am a Koha newbie thinking about implementing Koha 2.2.7 in a small (about 2000, one room) special collections library.

Our current interface is horrible but luckily, all our collection/catalog information can be exported to Excel. However, upon looking into Koha, I see that it uses MySQL, does this mean we would have to re-enter the entire collection??? Does anyone have any experience transferring from another ILS to Koha?
