Which version of Koha?

Some hints for MARC21:

- set $a and $b to branchcode in upper-case

- set $y itemtype code in upper-case

- $p is barcode

- $o is itemcallnumber

- $8 collection and $c location are connected to authorized values CCODE and LOC
