Hi Bagus I would recommend Debian squeeze, or Ubuntu Lucid (or Maverick) there the developers mostly work on these and consequently Koha is tested most heavily on them. There is also debian.koha-community.org which as packages to make installing Koha on Debian or Ubuntu a lot easier Chris
