It is really quite hard to do remote hardware support. So there are a couple
of options.
Someone from Catalyst could come over, and install linux and Koha on a
server.
Then train your IT people on how to maintain it, and back it up.
This obviously would cost a reasonable amount of money, but may be worth it
in the long run.
