Hi Carolina, There have been some fixes to the Tracklinks feature in various versions. I've found those bugs that have been all been fixed: *Bug 14441* <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14441> - TrackClicks cuts off/breaks URLs *Bug 20218* <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=20218> - Tracklinks fails when URL has special characters *Bug 21018* <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=21018> - OPAC Resource URL Broken if Tracklinks is enabled *Bug 21251* <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=21251> - tracklinks.pl doesn't work with URLs containing ampersands Which version of Koha are you using?
