Dear lists, during the last IRC meeting it has been decided that 1. proposals for Kohacon 2014 have to be submitted until 15 September 2. we will vote in the first week of October So far there is one proposal (Córdoba, Argentina). In case there won't be more submissions, Córdoba wins by default.
