This probably won't help you, but our server has the same problem. I think the problem originated because we imported USMARC 852 holdings which uses different fields to store information than standard USMARC. So I don't think our Dewey is in the proper field or mapped properly. I haven't looked at this for a long time as I had basically given up, but I think it showed up in one view but not another when searching the catalog.
