I would like to change the default login user name and password in Koha-3.06.02, which I installed in ubuntu 10.04.

Update koha-conf.xml (however you prefer to edit text files) and mysql (however you prefer to admin mysql) and restart koha and anything like memcached (if used) but you shouldn't be using that to login - create a staff patron instead.
