I found the first answer. I've have to edit the account details and there is a option to suspend/froze/debar a patron. But the patron with the expired account can login anyway to the OPAC which is something that in my opinion shouldn't occurre. I'll wait for some other answers. Thanks James. Cheers. I think there are a number of ways to do this.
I believe the easiest way would to be setting up rules within system preferences underneath circulation I think. You can also "debar" a patron on last part of their records, but you would have to do each patron record.

Hi there.
There is anyway to block/suspend a user?
The users in my OPAC can login with their accounts expired. It's normal to append?
