Hello, Back when we were on 3.0, I could look at the funds list on the Acquisitions page and click on the amount ordered for a fund to see what was ordered. The number (dollar amount) was a link, and the link took me to a list of everything on order. Same with the dollar amount spent; it took me to a list of what had been received. We are now on 3.6 and can't do this anymore (couldn't in 3.4 either). Were the links removed? If I look at a particular fund and want to know what it's been spent on, how would I figure that out? Thanks. -- *Karen Kohn* Collection Development Manager Education and Sociology Librarian Landman Library Arcadia University 450 S. Easton Road Glenside, PA 19038 ph: 215-572-8528 fax: 215-572-0240

Could this have been a non-official customization? It sounds like a fairly straightforward feature, so if indeed it was a customization and you can provide details we might be able to get it into real Koha. And if I'm wrong, sorry--I'm not an expert in Acquisitions. -- Owen -- Web Developer Athens County Public Libraries http://www.myacpl.org
It was a regular feature of the old acquisitions module. The links were in the budget table on the acq home page. The spent and committed amounts of each were linked to lists of received and ordered items connected to the budgets. It's a feature that saldy got lost when the the acquisitions module was redone. There are a few bugs asking to bring it back: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=3080 http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=929 -- Katrin -----Original Message----- From: koha-bounces@lists.katipo.co.nz on behalf of Owen Leonard Sent: Thu 03.11.2011 23:58 To: Kohn, Karen Cc: koha@lists.katipo.co.nz Subject: Re: [Koha] seeing orders for a specific fund
