I found this out from the Library Elf People, thought it was worth passing along. Liz Rea NEKLS Network Administrator http://tech.nekls.org | lrea@nekls.org Begin forwarded message:

Hi Liz,
We do have a few Koha libraries on Elf. It should work. We would have to label it as beta for awhile until enough users sign up and we get some testing results. It costs $150 USD for the first year. After that it depends on how many cards are in Elf at the time of renewal.
1 - 150 signed up cards = $150/yr 151 - 250 signed up cards = $250/yr 251 - 500 signed up cards = $350/yr
There is nothing you have to do to on your side to make it work with Elf other than to take out a few books and put some items on hold. If this interests you, please fill out this form which is necessary in order to configure your library for Elf:
http://www.libraryelf.com/requestalibrary.aspx
We can generally have things working within 24-48 hours. I'll send an invoice once we have your library configured and working.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Best regards, -- Jeff Chow, www.libraryelf.com
