Packages will be available soon.
The Debian package for Koha 16.05.13 is now available from the Koha community repository. Please note that this will be the last official Debian package for the Koha 16.05.x branch. With the release of Koha 17.05, Debian packages will be available for Koha 17.05.x ('stable') Koha 16.11.x ('oldstable') Koha 16.05.x will continue to be maintained during the coming release cycle and receive maintenance and security updates, but there won't be official Debian packages available from the Koha community repository any longer. OldStable Debian package on Ubuntu 16.04 with MySql 5.7.18, multi-tennant installation I just tried upgrading from 16.05.12 to 16.05.13 (The "About Koha" page actually shows the new version as 16.12.00.037). Everything seems to have gone fine with the upgrade, but on going to the "Patrons" page it shows a yellow information box stating, ""Added patrons to ." Refreshing on doing a search on the first letter of the last name yields the same result. Reverted back to 16.05.12 Is this local to my installation...or a bug? gcb
Hi Gary, Apparently something went wrong when this package has been built. The package has been removed from the server and is no longer available. Mirko has been contacted and the package should be rebuilt soon/next week. Thanks for catching it Regards, Jonathan On Fri, 26 May 2017 at 11:31 Bortel, Gary <gary.bortel@sos.wa.gov> wrote:

I'm having a similar problem on 16.11.07 built from source and running on OpenSuse Leap 42.2 When our office manager goes in to update or create a patron it says the passwords don't match and it shows her name as the username before she does anything. However it only happens on her machine. She's running on a new machine with Windows 10 installed. She tried on the front desk machine (Window 7 upgraded to 10) and I tried it on my linux machine. Both of the latter worked! I'm seeing a bunch of: AH01215: Use of uninitialized value $_[1] in read at /usr/lib/perl5/5.18.2/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/IO/Handle.pm line 463.: /usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/patroncards/home.pl, referer: http://server2:8080/cgi-bin/koha/patroncards/home.pl in the koha-error_log about the time she tried. No such errors showed up when I tried successfully. I won't be able to get to the library until Sunday. Any suggestions of where to look? -- Bob On 05/26/2017 04:45 PM, Jonathan Druart wrote:

Hi Bob, this problem is probably a different one - packages for 16.11.x should be ok. Did she save the password in the browser? That's what we see sometimes: The browser fills the first password field in the patron form with the stored password automatically and the second you entered won't match. That could explain why it only happens at her computer. 16.11.08 also includes a bugfix for login problems with the database user: Bug 18442 - Permission error when logging into staff interface as db user https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=18442 Hope this helps, Katrin On 27.05.2017 04:50, Bob Ewart wrote:

The first package for Koha 16.05.13 accidentally contained a wrong branch and was removed from the repository after discovery last week. I have uploaded 16.05.13-2 to the Koha community repository. Apologies for any inconvenience! -- Mirko Mason James schrieb am 24.05.2017
