Downloaded Liblime_Koha-4.02.06
Hi, I downloaded the Liblime_Koha-4.02.06 from www.koha.org on Ubuntu 11.04. Then I followed steps in INSTALL file. But I am getting error - production mode - trapped fatal error. Should I follow INSTALL.ubuntu ? Please suggest ? Regards Deepak Bhatia -- View this message in context: http://koha.1045719.n5.nabble.com/Downloaded-Liblime-Koha-4-02-06-tp4689762p... Hi Deepak This list is for Koha (www.koha-community.org), not Liblimes product. So we can't help you here, except to suggest you download real Koha Chris
Thanks Chris, Actually I downloaded the liblime-koha package from http://www.koha.org So I felt it is the open source integrated library management system. Yes unfortunately that site is promoting that confusion, and is controlled by one company rather than the community. If you read http://koha-community.org/home/#more-1 it gives you a little bit of the backstory. It is a real shame we had to move, maybe some day the community will get the domain back. But until then if you want Koha koha-community.org is the place to go Chris
I'm sorry to report that you'll have to talk to LibLime about this issue. No one here knows anything about LibLime ILS. Liz Rea lrea@nekls.org On Aug 11, 2011, at 9:52 AM, deepak.bhatia wrote:

Deepak, Technically the source is "open" since you've downloaded it (as you note). The problem is that the only people using that software are customers of Liblime/PTFS (well, and anyone else that has downloaded it). But that is a different product from the one that is supported by the Koha community. So, while you can download it and use it. There isn't really much in the way of support beyond Liblime/PTFS. So, you'd be isolated from the larger community by going that route.
