Koha has partial support for it, through the MARC records, but can't currently do much useful with it. I do not know whether it is difficult, either. Some notes about this bug are on http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=498 but more useful notes (such as what needs changing to support it) are welcome.
