Hi all, I uninstall koha 23.11 on Ubuntu 22 and reinstall. I get the following errors: 1. /etc/koha/sites/library/koha-conf.xml doesn't exist. 2. Though when I ran command to create instance library it says it exist. however when I ran *sudo koha-upgrade-schema library* it says it does not exist 3. When i ran "sudo xmlstarlet sel -t -v 'yazgfs/config/pass' /etc/koha/sites/library/koha-conf.xml;echo " it gives: failed to load external entity "/etc/koha/sites/library/koha-conf.xml" Can someone help resolve these issues.
