I followed the Matthew Metzger's guide to install Koha on Ubuntu on a PC. When I tried to search some biblio the server page opac-detail.pl?bib=1 crash (Internal Server Error). I don't know which perl module is wrong. Please, someone could help me to solve this problem
Hi Jaime, Which version of Koha did you install? Have you had a look at the error log? The default location is /usr/local/koha/log look for error_log If you can't see what the problem is there, copy and paste the last 10 or so lines into an email to the list. The log should be able to tell us what is wrong. Cheers Russel Jaime Reinoso wrote:

Hello Jaime, sorry for the confusion (instructions without proper testing). I just ran into a similar problem, too. I'll be updating the install guide to reflect what I've learned. Alex King pointed me in the right direction. You need to make changes to two perl files, Search.pm and SearchMarc.pm. The details of the fix are at http://lists.katipo.co.nz/public/koha/2006/010477.html Thanks again to Alex, who pointed out my error and helped me fix the problem. -Matthew Jaime Reinoso wrote:
