Dear Sir, I have installed koha version 3.02.05.000 to our library,and stagged 4255 records as two batches.In the 1 st batch contains 29 records and the 2nd batch have the remaining records.(From csv file) but now i felt the below listed problems 1. I have stagged 4255 records but the the records number and the biblio number is not similar that mean from the 1 to 1045 the the accession number and bibio number is same but from the 1049 bibio number is not matching with the accession number.so the last accession number is 4255 but the biblio number is 4678.Please give me its reason 2.I cant get any report on the first stagged records.i have taken the reports from accession number 1- 4255 but the the reports started from the 30 records that mean 2nd stagged records 3.i cant get any result from barcode search i getting this message No results found No results match your search for 'bc,wrdl: 18001' in KMCT Dept Libray of Management Studies and Computer Applications Catalog. Similarly i cant get any search result from 1st batch records at the time of searching( Message: No results found You did not specify any search criteria. Error: Can't call method "as_usmarc" on an undefined value at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Search.pm line 2384.) 4. Another problem is i cant edit the items in the 1st 29 records(Messege: Software error: Can't call method "subfield" on an undefined value at /usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/cataloguing/additem.pl line 607. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@koha-server), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.) 5. I cant check in and check out because the bar code option is not working But i have entered another record that means accession number 4256 to this database but the above mentioned problems not affecting this records So please give the details as early as possible -- With Regards Nafeessa CK
