How to change the description on the OPAC user login and password entry.
It depends on which version of Koha you're using. In older version of Koha there is a system preference called "OpacLoginInstructions" which allows you to put in text or HTML. This was later (in 20.05.x) moved into the News Tool so that different text could be provided in more than one language. Unfortunately it looks like a regression was introduced in the master branch and in 20.11.04 which breaks the use of this News block on the login page, so you may have to wait for a patch for it to work again.
