Hi, It's not possible for other people on the list to unsubscribe you. It is possible four you to subscribe and unsubscribe you, which is why the little bits at the bottom of the email get added. if you go to:

http://lists.katipo.co.nz/mailman/listinfo/koha you'll find it's quite easy to unsubscribe.
