We actually today have a similar issue (only it is 123 days!). I assume the number of days is actually the number of days past due the checked out materials are overdue? In our case however, the *patron has returned all items* but is still being prevented from checking out for those 123 days. The error in the staff client reads: "Patron has had overdue items and is blocked for 123 day(s)." It also reports under Issues: "Patron has nothing checked out." Any ideas? What version of Koha are you using and what are your circulation rules for the specific patron type? To+ 2010/10/20 Chris Hobbs <chobbs@nhusd.k12.ca.us>:

We're running the last beta prior to 3.2 being released. This is a student patron allowed to check out 2 items for 5 days. Chris On 10/20/10 10:40 AM, Tomas Cohen Arazi wrote:

Circulation rules include this fields: Patron Category IItem Type Fine Amount Fine Days Fine Grace Period Fine Charging Interval Current Checkouts Allowed Loan Period Several of them have to do with the calculation of the fine (in days debarred). For instance 'Fine Days' and 'Fine Charging Interval'. To+
