I would like to add pre-defined Manual Invoices Types. For instance, Miscellaneous -$2, Cell Phone use - $5; where do I add theses values ? Hi Admire, You can add those in the Authorized values section of the Administration module. 1) Go to Administration > Authorized values 2) Select the MANUAL_INV category 3) Add your invoice types : Put the description in the Authorized value field and the amount in the description field (not intuitive, I know) Regards, Caroline Cyr La Rose, M.L.I.S. Hi Admire, There is an authorized value field called MANUAL_INV. You can add the types there. Here is what the 18.05 manual says about adding a default amount: The value set as the Authorized value for the MANUAL_INV authorized value category will appear as the Description and the Authorized value description will be used as the amount.
