Salvete! My husband says that if it isn't necessary to go the cheap route you can use VMWare to run a Linux partition on the Windows stuff. Here's their site. http://www.vmware.com/ But remember that most of Koha is webbased, so it oughtn't matter that it's running of a Linux box.
