I want to send the notices from koha with different mail id's for each branch. In koha I can set only one Email id from administartion-> KohaAdminEmailAddress

how can I set multiple email id for each branch.

To do that fill the EMail field on each branch definition. About the preference, the manual saids, 2.1.2.2.3. KohaAdminEmailAddress This is the default 'From' address for emails "unless" there is one for the particular branch, and is referred to when an internal error occurs. Regards, Bernardo
