Can someone remind me what the syspref is for anonymizing the checkout history? I tried searching the preferences and my past emails but can't find it. Thanks. -- *Karen Kohn* Collection Development Manager Education and Sociology Librarian Landman Library Arcadia University 450 S. Easton Road Glenside, PA 19038 ph: 215-572-8528 fax: 215-572-0240
A couple of steps are involved: 1) Create an Anonymous patron - Create some patron account to which the history values will be set. You will want to make a note of the borrower number for this patron. 2) Set the Anonymous Patron in the OPAC system preferences - Set this to be the borrower number from step 1. 3) Anonymize the patrons "Patrons (anonymize, bulk-delete)" Tool from the Tools menu - Check only the box for anonymizing patrons and use the tool to apply the changes. Hope that helps, Tom On 05/29/2012 11:07 AM, Kohn, Karen wrote:

There is also (with the above) the opacprivacy system preference. This video on the ByWater site might help you: http://bywatersolutions.com/2011/02/02/opac-privacy-in-koha-3-4/ Nicole
