We have a Koha 3.04.01.000 running on Ubuntu 10.04. I would like to perform a clean install of Ubuntu 12.04 LTS on a new computer, followed by a clean install of latest version of Koha. Is it possible to transfer the Koha database from old machine to the new machine in a simple manner (eg dump entire database from old and restore to new)?
