Hi Eugen, translations are maintained using Pootle on https://translate.koha-community.org. Translations can be suggested or submitted directly, depending on permissions. Permissions for editing a language can be requested on the koha-translate mailing list. Please make sure you include the language and your Pootle username in the email.
