You should first log-in to the OPAC as a patron that has circulation permissions...

Then go to http://yourOPACaddress.com/cgi-bin/koha/sco/sco-main.pl -- there is no link from the OPAC....

There have been a few patches that fix this -- so if it doesn't work - please make sure to update to the most current version.
