If it is just showing available at another library, can those libraries be removed as to not confuse things with book availability within the school? Also, does setting a library make anything available to other systems? I appreciate Koha's docs section and its concise how to's but it would be nice for more explanation as to what the different components are actually doing.

Scott, When you ran the web installer, did you accept or reject the test data offered? You may have imported some test libraries into Koha and they could be the ones you are now seeing? Just a possibility. If that is so, and if they have no biblios attached, you can delete them through Administration/Libraries and Branches. Otherwise, do another install and dont import the test data.
