loading volume information in 952
Is there a specific 952 subfield to put volume information when loading marc files with item information stored in 952 subfields? We have information such as v.1, v.1 etc. in a separate subfield. Is there a specific 952 subfield to place that in or should it be appended to the call number subfield (952 |o). John Rutherford
Subfield t is the 'copy number' field. This is where I'd put it. But it's really up to how you want it to display. --- Nicole C. I recommend the 952$h, which maps to the items.enumchron (enumeration/chronology) column. As Nicole suggested, you could use the copynumber field (952$o), but since Koha has the enumchron field, the 952$o can be reserved for actual copy numbers.
