I have now installed and kidding around using Koha on Ubuntu HP ML G5 Server to setup Library Information System for Our University, Hawassa University, Ethiopia. My question is How to add a new Librarian(Cataloguer, Circulation workers, counters, etc) and give access privileges to them accordingly? Which version do you use? In Koha 3.0: - go to Patrons interface - click on the New button, select Staff - fill data in the form - after cliking Save, you will be redirected to this patron page - click More, select Set Permissions - choose what you want for that patron and click Set Flags Marijana --- Marijana Glavica Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Libraries I.
