Hi, I recently upgraded our Koha to the newest version. Since this upgrade, any new records I enter cannot be searched or edited. I know the record exists in the catalog somewhere b/c the barcodes are used and considered unaccepted duplicates if I try and use them for a different record. Also, with records that existed before the upgrade, if I do any editing the changes don't show up on the initial search results page. (The changes do show if I go into the record.) Any suggestions? Could it a permissions thing? Thanks
Hi Heidi, it looks like your Zebra search indexes are not getting updated. This might have various reasons. How did you install Koha and which version are you currently using? If you go to the About page in the staff interface and then to the tab 'system information' - are there any error messages or warnings displayed?
