Call number in Koha is kept in 952o (http://koha-community.org/documentation/3-2-manual/?ch=a12205). I recommend using a product like MarcEdit (http://people.oregonstate.edu/~reeset/marcedit/html/index.php) to grab the data from those fields and bring them all into the 952o field. That's what I do.
