Morning Everyone, Apparently ever since we converted to 3.18.03 the search hasn't been working. Just got the rebuild-zebra cron job running, we're slow because we are a private library, and now searches show nothing. Even searching for know items returns nothing. I saw this same/similar problem in the Koha Digest Vol. 111 issue 24, message 1, "Help Lost all Biblio information". I must have deleted issues 25 & 26 so I couldn't see the followups. I went through the trouble shooting listed there with these results. a. Search results. Always indicates nothing found with either title, call number, barcode, etc. Sometime would show items in Biblios Reservoir. b. Check out to Patron. Am able to check out to Patron with a known barcode. c. Counts for biblios, items, and biblioitems ok. The counts look likw what we have. d. Zebra Service running? If the Zebra service is part of the koha-common service, then yes. If not no. e. Fast Indexing running? Don't know as I do not know what to look for. If someone could tell me what to look for on item e, I will check. Did issues 25 & 26 have any resolutions for this?? Anything else I should be looking for?? We are running Koha 3.16.03 System is an Amazon EC2 linux Debian server. OS is Ubuntu Thank Jack
