Liny, yes, zebra needs to reindex after each addition, you can use the '-z' option to index only additional records. Cron tab is fine, but the problem is the indexing gets done only at the frequency specified. Or you can run the daemon, you should include this in rc.local (debian) to ensure it runs automatically when the machine reboots.
