Hi, I am using Koha 22.05.00.000 on Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS. Since a few (Koha) updates ago, I've noticed that the "search patrons" function is not working. I type in the first letters or the full name of an (existing) patron, the search engine starts, but no one is found. In order to display the patron's details, I have to look for an item he/she certainly has borrowed, and click on the patron's link in item's "Status" tab. Any hint? Many thanks and best regards, Giuseppe.
Hi Guiseppe, the patron search in 22.05 was changed over to use the API for searching. I think the API is not working correctly for you. Other places you could check to see if that is the problem are if the list of libraries or the list of STMP servers under Administration are showing for you. They also depend on the API. The fix might depend on how you installed Koha, your OS version and other things. There is a bug where some of this has been discussed, but someone else might be able to guide you better: *29964* <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=29964> - SMTP server list not populating Hope this helps, Katrin On 17.06.22 05:39, Giuseppe Angilella wrote:
