[Koha] Acquisitions - receiving

I am using Koha 3.0.  I have begun receiving materials.  In the test we
had and in the manual I was shown that when the invoice information was
entered there would also be a space to add the shipping amount.  I am
not seeing this on my screen when I receive a shipment.  Does anyone
know why and how I can fix this?
