[Koha] Error 109

Dear all

We have just installed the Koha 3.  My technical support told me when he
enable the Zebra plugin, there was an error message:

"Search biblios ERROR 109".  Because of this, we are unable to do any
search.  Can anyone englight us what does this mean?
