[Koha] Problem installing Yaz on AMD64

Indexdata now (as of a few weeks ago) supplies 64-bit binary debian
packages, so you should
not have to install from source ( or source package ), but just set the
repositories in your /etc/apt/sources.list (as described in INSTALL.debian
and apt-get install the yaz and libyaz3-dev packages.
