I am not sure if the <item> syntax is available in PREDUE and PREDUEDGST notices, but I also spot a error in your pasted template. In order for it to work you need a closing </item> at the end.<BR>

<item>"<<biblio.title>>" by <<biblio.author>>, <<items.itemcallnumber>>, Barcode: <<items.barcode>></item><BR>
<BR>
Also make sure all item fields are on one line, with no line breaks.<BR>
<BR>
Safest bet is using <<items.content>>. It's the older syntax and should work. I know for sure it does in 3.2.x.<BR>

Our circulation notices PREDUE Advance Notice of Item Due and PREDUEDGST Advance Notice of Item Due (Digest) are not working properly. They email out to the correct address and with the correct patron name but they do not complete other variable fields.<BR>

Other notices work fine. In fact the PREDUE and PREDUEDGST have some of the same code as our ODUE notice that works.<BR>

Does anyone have any suggestions why this might be the case?<BR>
