<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri">We are having a hard time placing multiple holds on bib records that have multiple volumes on the same bibliographic records. </FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT FACE="Calibri">Some DVD sets have the discs indivi</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri">d</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri">ually cataloged/barcoded or</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri"> Serial records that have circulating items. We get the message: Cannot place hold. Patron already has a hold on this item. This shows up even when the</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT FACE="Calibri">next available copy box has been unchecked. </FONT></SPAN></P>
