The easiest way would be to set the first barcode manually for an
item to your initial value (44000000000). Afterward, Koha will
increment the barcode accordingly.<br>

i.e. generated in the form 1,2,3. Is there a way of setting

value, say 44000000000 so that the next generated values are
44000000001, 44000000002,
