by IMLS comparing the technical support of Open Source ILS with the technical support of proprietary ILS.</span></font></div>

is the third phase of the project. In the first phase we collected data
regarding expectations of librarians for the technical support of their
ILS. The second
phase assessed the effectiveness of current ILS technical support. </span></font></div>
