You need to put your mail servers FQDN or IP there (instead of 'localhost').<br>
You should notice that several emails are sent in different ways in<br>
koha. For example notices are sent when a cronjob runs<br>
<a href="http://process_message_queue.pl" target="_blank">process_message_queue.pl</a>.<br>
The sender address is taken from those variables you mention in other<br>
email, so the SMTP server should rely email from those addresses.<br>
