</div>Check the MARC record (yaz-marcdump on the command line), the<br>
import settings (particularly MARC-8 or UTF-8) and the system<br>
settings (UTF-8 throughout).<br>

To get more information in the error message, try adding "SetEnv<br>
KOHA_BACKTRACES 1" to the intranet VirtualHost section of<br>
koha-httpd.conf and restart apache, but this is almost always<br>
some record or settings problem.<br>
