The problem with the over-sized barcode is a problem with the code which scales the barcode. It has been a challenge to get this to fix all cases. Bug 2409 (<a href="http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=2409">http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=2409</a>) addresses a similar issue. Most are working around this by starting with longer card numbers.<br>
