<div>So.....looking at this it seems that I need to swap the "date last seen" and "Cost, replacement price" fields. I also seem to have missing "Koha, Item type" and the "Date acquired" is showing the location...not the date. Lastly, the "Uniform Resource Identifier" link just takes me to a 404 error page... I have no clue what this is supposed to do? </div>
