</div>I, for one, do not want to attempt relicensing prior to release of<br>
3.2.0 or as a condition for release of that version. Personally,<br>
while I am currently in favor of relicensing to GPL3+ (assuming that<br>
we can resolve the matter of dependencies on GPL2 code such as<br>
OpenNCIP) and think that the AGPL3 should be considered as well, it<br>
would be too disruptive to even think of doing this for 3.2.<br>

However, since the proposal is relevant for 3.4, I do think that now<br>
