And thanks to Jane Wagner and the team at PTFS for discovering the problem. We are using Koha Express so this list and the Koha docs are my support. <br><br>The Zebra cronjob was running but I had a Latin-1 encoded character in one of the records which was failing all the records as it couldn't be parsed by Zebra. Kate,<br><br><br>Welcome!<br><br>I assume you're running with Zebra as your indexer (most libraries do these days), so it sounds to me like your <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://rebuild_zebra.pl">rebuild_zebra.pl</a> cron job is not set up. This is really easy to do if you have command-line access to your server.<br>
<br> - SSH into the the server as the koha user<br> - type 'crontab -e'<br> - Add the line '*/{MINUTES} * * * * {PATH}/<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://rebuild_zebra.pl">rebuild_zebra.pl</a> -b -a -z', with {MINUTES} replaced by the number of minutes to wait between running the job (I like 2), and {PATH} being the Unix path to the <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://rebuild_zebra.pl">rebuild_zebra.pl</a> file (which may already be declared as a variable in the crontab)<br>

<br>If you don't have command-line access to your server, or you don't feel comfortable doing this, I'm sure that LibLime/PTFS will take care of this for you. They would of course be the ones to help further if it turns out I'm wrong about the root of your problem.<br>
