<p class=MsoNormal>We have random disconnects with the errors of either “Connection
to ACS Shutdown” or “Send Expects Failed”.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>One self check had the send expects failed error for 2 days,
then magically connected.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Now a different self check is having send expects failed.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Over a weeks time frame every self check has 3 to 4 random
disconnects that can be rest and fixed and/or sometimes they are out for a day
or two.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>(We have talked to 3M and have worked with them also.)<o:p></o:p></p>
